Abstract

We walk together is one of the most noble mission of humanity, that objective has encountered and will face innumerable difficulties in achieving it, but it brought both benefits and extensive development on all levels, as a human being and body alike. It is obvious that shapes human coexistence were multiple, according to human thinking and typologies that came into their structure. An important concept that we consider is necessarily a group that represents the union of all the individuals who compose it like puzzle pieces. Thus, the characteristics of a group is actually the summation of the characteristics that define each individual. Event occurrence state is indeed the consequence of various kinds of defense needs of the people encountered in the struggle for survival and to improve living daily. Under the compromise compliance with the laws that come into the foundation of a new state entities and governing its functioning, the individual defend more effectively the most important right of its namely the right to life, but not only that, because the state assumes the role of protector of members conflicts arising between them and solving them or facilitating the means to obtain basic needs such as food and shelter. The most important goal remains ensuring the safety of the individual.
